Pelatihan Kewirausahaan bagi Santri Pondok Pesantren Tahsinul Khuluq

Tujuan dari program pelatihan kewirausahaan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kewirausahaan yang relevan dengan nilai-nilai Islam dan mempersiapkan santri untuk menghadapi tantangan dunia usaha. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pengembangan kurikulum yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan kewirausahaan ke dalam mata pelajaran yang ada, dengan penekanan pada aplikasi praktis melalui proyek nyata seperti pengelolaan usaha kecil dan koperasi. Penilaian keterampilan kewirausahaan dilakukan melalui evaluasi proyek bisnis dan presentasi, serta praktik reflektif yang memungkinkan siswa untuk mengartikulasikan pengalaman belajar mereka. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa umpan balik berkelanjutan dari siswa dan mentor sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan di masa depan. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini tidak hanya membekali santri dengan keterampilan praktis, tetapi juga menginspirasi mereka untuk menekuni usaha kewirausahaan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang mereka anut.
