BPS Tanggamus Regency is one of the BPS that participates in developing Desa Cantik. In 2024, BPS Tanggamus will develop 4 villages spread across Tanggamus Regency. The four villages are Kampung Baru, Kagungan, Purwodadi and Banding Agung. The purpose of this development is to increase the capacity of the village or the ease in identifying data needs and potential owned by the village in order to eradicate poverty and increase statistical literacy in the village. In line with the responsibility carried out by BPS regarding this Desa Cantik program, the development is also a challenge for the staff of the Mathematics Department FMIPA Unila to participate in transferring knowledge and skills, especially related to Statistical Techniques. Through this program, human resources in the village are trained to process village monographic data and present it in the form of infographics with the help of the Tableu and Canva applications. This activity is carried out to overcome common problems that are often faced, such as inconsistent product quality, high machine repair costs, and low knowledge about choosing the right materials and inks. The results of the training showed a significant increase in participants' skills in operating and maintaining screen printing machines, which has an impact on improving print quality and production efficiency. Participants also gained a better understanding of how to choose the right materials and inks for various products, resulting in higher quality and competitive products in the market. This training has a positive impact on increasing the productivity and competitiveness of UMKM in Adijaya Village. Gambling and illegal online loans not only have a detrimental economic impact, but also have the potential to cause serious social problems, such as family conflict, involvement in illegal activities, and psychological pressure on the perpetrators and their families. This activity was carried out through direct counseling involving community leaders, village officials, and participants from various community groups. The material presented included the dangers of gambling, characteristics of illegal online loans, and preventive measures that can be taken by the community. The results of the activity showed an increase in public understanding of the risks and negative impacts of both problems, as well as greater motivation to stay away from these detrimental activities. This community service program aimed to enhance the understanding and skills of students and teachers at SMKN PP Lembang in designing and implementing an IoT-based automatic watering system. The program was conducted in three phases: preparation, training, and evaluation, using an educational and participatory approach. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding of IoT concepts and applications—from 45% before training to 100% afterward. Participants also demonstrated strong readiness to adopt this technology in daily agricultural practices. This community service activity aims to improve the productivity of employee performance of Ibu Satih's Lampung Chips MSME through training, mentoring, and implementation of a more structured work system. The implementation method includes observation, interviews, time management training, preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and evaluation of work results. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in production output, work time efficiency, and employee morale. The implementation of SOPs and clear division of tasks encourage the creation of a more disciplined and productive work culture. In addition, this activity builds awareness of owners and employees about the importance of teamwork and the role of management in increasing business competitiveness.
